Our one-on-one and group mentorship program pairs young women with experienced professionals and community leaders who provide guidance, encouragement, and real-world wisdom.

Practical workshops covering financial literacy, resume writing, interview preparation, communication skills, and self-care — everything needed to thrive in adulthood.
Community Events
We host community gatherings, networking events, and celebrations that build sisterhood, foster connection, and create a sense of belonging for every participant.

Our leadership track identifies and nurtures emerging young leaders through workshops, speaking opportunities, and hands-on community projects.
Scholarship Support
Beyond the JLC Scholarship, we provide application coaching, essay review, and financial aid navigation to help young women access every opportunity available to them.
Advocacy & Outreach
We connect participants with local resources, partner organizations, and advocacy campaigns that address the systemic barriers facing women and girls in our community.
